Summary of Position Requirements:
Laneo is looking for a skilled and experienced Event Director to oversee Laneo’s international event programs:
- Planning and execution of international events.
- Brand building, marketing and communication strategy.
- Event design, audiovisual production, logistics, budgeting, negotiation and client service.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years doing successful Event Management.
- Experience in International organizations.
- Familiarity with the Sports Industry and / or Environmental Groups.
Skills:
- Accomplished outdoor athlete (past & active).
- Eco-Enthusiast (demonstrates eco-lifestyle).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent project management skills, proven ability to manage and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
Languages:
- German & English (ability to conduct full business activities in both languages)
- Spanish, Italian, Dutch (would be a plus)
Other:
- Heart, humility and humor.
